Saturday, November 16th

1- 2:30 p.m.

workshop with Fred Gallagher: Consecrated Breath Simple exercises for integrating body, mind and heart and invoking a higher consciousness.

3- 4:30 p.m.

workshop Fred Gallagher and Ann Sherry: Path of Self-Healing Meditation on our body's troubled parts and their relationship to our psyche. Ann will offer half hour Reiki sessions after the talk and throughout the weekend.

Fred and Ann, while grounded in the Catholic faith, are deeply influenced by Sri Aurobindo and the Mother and are living next door to Matagiri. Fred has studied in the oriental disciplines of Tai Chi and Chi Kung as by Sri Aurobindo and the Mother and are living next door to Matagiri.
